 CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS:

Contest open to all Higher Response Marketing, Inc. associates. Void where prohibited. Associate must make a minimum of 8 sales of "The Writer's Secret" in order to qualify as a prize winner.

The winner is calculated based on the associate with the largest number of sales (minimum of 8 sales needed to qualify) between March 4th, 2010 at 6:00 PM CST and March 19th at 11:59 PM CST. Should there be a tie, the affiliate who made the highest number of sales FIRST is the winner.

IMPORTANT: I cannot stress this enough --> NO Spamming!

If your associate account receives a spam complaint as a result of an email promotion you've done for this or any product in our associate program then you'll have 24 hrs to provide proof (meaning, a date/time stamped opt-in request with the customers IP address and or your double opt-in proof) that you did have their express consent to send them the offer by email.

If no proof can be provided within the 24 hr period, your account will be temporarily or permanently disabled and all associate commissions will be forfeited.
