Email Protocol — Are You Sending Emails Properly?

Just a quick note about sending out emails to promote my
products:

You MAY NOT use income claims for any of the products that you
are promoting. For example, you can’t guarantee a customer to
make money over a set period of time. (i.e., "Make $1000 in one
day using the Info-Product Dashboard.) The reason for this; as I
interpret the law, is not legal.

Also, you MAY NOT email promotions to unsolicited email
addresses, emails to safe lists, and purchased lists. Use email
addresses that have "opted-in" to receive promotions and
announcements.

Affiliates emailing promotions must comply to the CAN-SPAM Act
of 2003. For further information regarding the CAN-SPAM Act of
